How It Started
Operation RaceDay was founded by Army veteran Jonathan Milkovich and Sabrina Shoaff out of Asheville, North Carolina. Jonathan built this organization — alongside Operation WarriorFit — while working full-time, completing his MBA, and training for 100-mile ultramarathons.
The idea was simple: the running community has the power to change lives. What if every race could do more than just cross a finish line? What if every registration fee could directly fund programs that help veterans and first responders find their next mission?
That's how Operation RaceDay became the racing arm of Operation WarriorFit. We handle the races. They handle the mission. Together, we're building something that matters.
