- Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that racing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. By registering for a race, you assume all such risks.
- Waiver and Release: Participants will be required to sign a waiver releasing Operation RaceDay LLC, Operation WarriorFit, event sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated parties from liability.
- Age Requirements: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for each race. Minors may require parental or guardian consent.
- Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during events.
Registration fees are non-refundable except as specified in race-specific policies.
